Surface Refresh & Spot Cleaning — For delicate or non-washable plush, we start with gentle vacuuming to remove dust and loose dirt, followed by careful spot-cleaning with a mild, child-safe solution or disinfectant wipes.

Rinse & Fluff — Everything gets a thorough rinse, then they are either air dried naturally or low-heat tumble dried in a bag for fluffiness to keep fabrics soft and colours vibrant.
